What is eduroam

7. 8. 2025 10:07 Author: Ing. Martin Skoumal, DiS.

Eduroam (EDUcation ROAMing) is an international project supporting user mobility in academic networks. It allows users to connect to primarily wi-fi networks of all participating organisations. In all visited organisations, users log in the same way as at their home organisation. When using the eduroam network, it is necessary to follow the connection rules. Further information about eduroam can be found on the top-level eduroam portal and the national eduroam portal.
